ENG 207 – INTRODUCTION TO DRAMA

This course serves as an introduction to the variety of forms and themes of dramatic literature.

Major problems treated by dramatists will be examined, as well as genres: tragedy, comedy, farce, melodrama, tragicomedy, and the thesis play.
