AUR Film students Sofia Mezzini and Sofia Brushtein will present their capstone final-year projects at the Space Cinema Moderno in Piazza Della Repubblica on December 1 at 4:00 p.m. The event is open to the public, and fans of film who want to see what the next generation of directors is producing are encouraged to attend! 

There is no fee to attend this event, and entrance to the cinema is free.

About the Director
Sofia Mezzini is an Italian film director. A senior Film & Digital Media student, she works as a teaching assistant and serves as co-president of the Film Festival Club at AUR. For over 12 months, Sofia has interned as a production specialist at So Fare Films. Her short film, Camcorder, has received awards and nominations at multiple international film festivals.

In the very centre of Piazza della Repubblica, Space Cinema Moderno is the oldest cinema in the capital. It was built in 1904 and reborn in 1999 as a Cityplex of 5 rooms, thanks to the renovation of Warner Village Cinemas
