David’s career across university and business settings has enabled him to both speak to and apply business concepts across a spectrum of topics.
David’s teaching includes graduate and undergraduate students studying a variety of business topics including: HR, Marketing, Management, Consulting, and Strategy.
Outside of the classroom, David is currently a Cofounder of a startup – The Practical Psych (TPP) – and brings prior corporate experience across the US and Italy, having worked in Rome at MSX International, where he led global transformation efforts and assisted in strategy creation, and in the USA, where he was the recruiting leader for a 9-figure consulting business. Moreover, in his current role at TPP, David wears many hats including Business Development, Marketing, Workflow Automation, and beyond. Furthermore, David has managed multi-national teams, navigated international professional complexities, and advised leadership members of global organizations.
David also holds relevant professional certifications including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and ISIPM-Base
