Dr. Eugene (Gene) Tarlton develops protocols that govern the production of pharmaceutical products, from kilograms to tons, ensuring that government guidelines on safety and purity are met. His role in managing complex networks that connect ideas, raw materials, individuals, institutions, and markets is a great example of how innovation functions - and it's what gives our developed economies a comparative, significant advantage.
