Strong writing skills can be a key selling point for employment, and for many of us, writing is a way of understanding the world and getting our own unique perspectives “out there”. Chelsea will talk about how to hone your craft, especially how to expand and deploy your arsenal of tones and styles. Finally, she’ll give a few tips on preparing for a career in writing, and landing the job you want.

Chelsea Graham

In her daily work, Chelsea writes to help solve world hunger with the World Food Programme of the United Nations. In her fiction, characters roam the cornfields of Midwest America and the graffitied side streets of Rome. Chelsea Graham received an MSc in Sociology from the London School of Economics in 2013 and a B.A. in Communication from the American University of Rome in 2012.

Chelsea describes herself as a "Writer of words / TV binge watcher / Participant observer."  Born and raised in Michigan she is now a dedicated citizen of this crazy place called Rome.
