Kimia Moiniafshari received her Degree in Nutrition from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Science and is an MSc student in Sports Nutrition. Her research interests focus on nutrition, neuroscience, nutrition and autism (prevention and management), and nutrition and sport.

Saturday, the 16th of September, saw The American University of Rome's graduate students embark on a sustainable food exploration along the ancient Appian Way leading to the picturesque landscapes near Giulianello in Lazio.
