Microsoft security and IT executive Diane Boettcher visited AUR recently, leading a lively and well-attended webinar on “Becoming a LinkedIn Champion.” 

On March 3rd 2021, Oscar Farinetti, founder of international Italian marketplace Eataly, engaged in a conversation with The American University of Rome's Food Studies M.A students and B.S. Business Administration students. Oscar Farinetti discussed the impact of COVID-19 on the company.

AUR was recently delighted to welcome back alumna Eileen Francesconi (Business Administration, class of ’16) when she dropped in to give a presentation about transitioning to Italian graduate school. 

This year’s cohort of Business Capstoners (BS Business Administration, Class of '21) is benefitting from the expertise of those who have gone before them in a number of ways. 

AUR's Business Administration program recently welcomed back Luca Regano, Chief Executive Officer of Froneri Ice Cream, Italy.

The summer of 2020 I did an internship at the market research firm, Focus Marketing, in Naples, Italy. Despite the governmental restrictions due to COVID-19, their team was nice enough to let me join them for the summer.
