Before you arrive in Rome, there's a number of paperwork items you should complete. The forms are all on MyAUR, which you will now have access to, but here's a rundown on what we need from you.

Confirm your arrival
ONLY STUDENTS IN AUR HOUSING SHOULD SUBMIT THE ARRIVAL CONFIRMATION FORM
Once you have information on your arrival date and time, you must submit an arrival confirmation form so that we know when to welcome you to Rome.
Aiport-to-AUR Housing transport service is only for students in AUR Housing. Students who have made their own housing accommodations will have to arrange their own transport.
If you request to be picked up from the airport, please keep in mind that the pick-up service is for students only. If you're arriving with family, we recommend making your own transport arrangements.

Pre-arrival forms
FERPA Release Authorization Form
The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) states that a student must authorize in writing the release of his/her educational and/or financial records. Only students who wish to share their records must submit the form here.
AUR Student Pledge
This form summarizes the Covid-19 precautions that all AUR community members agree to abide by and must be submitted by all students, faculty, and staff. Submit the form here.
Student ID Photo Upload Form
In order to maintain campus safety and security, students are issued an AUR student ID which must be carried with them at all times while on the university campus. Incoming students should use this form to upload their photo for student ID printing purposes. The uploaded photo should conform as closely as possible to the standards found here and must not exceed the dimensions of 350 px x 350 px. Submit the form here.
AUR Release Form
This form covers information about the student handbook, the student ID and the permit to stay process. Submit the form here.
GDPR Consent Form
This form confirms that you have read and understood the AUR Student Privacy Policy and you consent to the processing of your personal data by AUR in adherence to the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) laws. Submit the form here.
